Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mixed Kohai, each product is custom-made just for you. Because our items are printed on demand through our partner Printify, we do not hold inventory or offer standard returns and exchanges. Please read the policy carefully before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (you changed your mind)

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please double-check your order details (especially sizing and address) before checking out.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got your back.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at kohaisupport@mixedkohai.store within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g., wrong item, print defect, damaged product).

  3. We'll review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement at no additional cost or a refund back to your original payment method.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), and tracking shows no delivery, please contact us. We’ll investigate with our fulfillment partners and offer a resolution based on the findings.

Size & Fit Issues

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. We recommend checking our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

We can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order, as orders are sent into production very quickly. After that time, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order.
