Shipping Policy 

All products are produced through Printify after purchase.

Processing Time

Orders require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Processing times may increase during:

  • major product drops

  • holiday seasons

  • high order volume

Shipping Estimates

United States

3–7 business days after production

International

7–21 business days depending on destination.

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Mixed Kohai is not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit, customers must report the issue within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

After this timeframe we may not be able to provide replacements.

Incorrect Address

If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address:

  • the order may be returned or lost

  • replacement may require a new purchase

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
