🧭 Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose size/color, and check out securely. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin production quickly. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order is locked for fulfillment.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other accelerated checkout options shown at checkout.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes—check your inbox (and spam folder). You’ll also receive tracking once your order ships.


📦 Shipping & Fulfillment

How long does production take?
Most items are made-to-order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

  • US: 3–7 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Where are orders fulfilled from?
We partner with Printify, a print-on-demand provider with global facilities to reduce waste and speed delivery.

My tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it—what now?
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.


🔁 Returns, Refunds & Issues

What is your return policy?
Because items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference changes.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ve got you. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund?

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing errors

  • Items damaged in transit

What does not qualify?

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Buyer’s remorse

Extra Protection (Printify Policy Alignment):
If an issue is confirmed to be a fulfillment error, we will reprint or refund at no cost to you. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on each product page. Measure a similar garment you own and compare.

Are your items unisex?
Yes—most pieces are unisex. If you prefer a fitted look, consider sizing down.

Do sizes vary by product?
Slight variations can occur by item. Always check the specific product’s size chart.

How should I wash my items?

  • Wash cold, inside out

  • Gentle cycle

  • Hang dry or tumble low

Can I iron my garment?
Yes—inside out, low heat. Do not iron directly on prints.
