2. Made-to-Order Production

All Mixed Kohai products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner:

Printify

Because items are custom produced after purchase:

  • Products cannot be modified once production begins

  • Inventory is not stored

  • Each item is created specifically for the customer

This means certain traditional retail policies such as free returns do not apply.

3. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the following information is correct before checkout:

  • Shipping address

  • Product size

  • Color selection

  • Billing information

Mixed Kohai is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information.

4. Anti-Fraud Policy
