Production Timeline

Because each item is made to order, production takes a little longer than mass-produced retail.

Typical production time:

  • 2–5 business days

Once production is complete, your item is shipped immediately.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s available.

Shipping Information

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Your location

  • The print provider fulfilling your item

  • Seasonal volume (holidays, sales events)

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days after production

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes set by your country.

Returns & Exchanges (Print-On-Demand Policy)

Because items are made to order, we follow Printify’s POD-standard policy.

What We Accept

We gladly replace or refund items if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • There is a printing error

  • You received the wrong item

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

What We Can’t Accept

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please check size charts carefully)

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Normal wear and tear
