How to Style a Graphic Hoodie: 5 Everyday Outfit Ideas

Start with one graphic hoodie, plain bottoms and shoes you already wear. Keeping the surrounding pieces simple gives the artwork room and makes the outfit easy to repeat.
For this edition of Mixed Kohai Fit Notes, we’re using the Build Your Future Hoodie: a small front emblem, manga-inspired back artwork and graphics on both sleeves. Here are five ways to build an everyday outfit around it.
1. Sand hoodie + black trousers
Pair the Sand colorway with plain black, straight-leg trousers and simple sneakers. The contrast separates the hoodie from the rest of the outfit without adding another print. Choose trousers that let you move comfortably; this idea works with the clothes you already own.
Try it: keep your bag and shoes dark, then let the back artwork be the main detail when you turn around.
2. Graphic hoodie + straight-leg jeans
Start with a familiar pair of jeans in a single wash. A straight leg gives you a straightforward base, while a wider leg changes the proportions. Check the outfit from the front, side and back before deciding which you prefer.
Try it: skip extra printed layers for the first version. Add one only if you like how it works with the sleeve and back graphics.
3. Hoodie + open overshirt
An open, unpatterned overshirt or denim jacket can frame the front emblem. Check that there is enough room through the shoulders and sleeves to move, and let the hood sit outside the collar rather than bunching underneath.
Try it: remember that the outer layer will cover the back artwork. Wear the hoodie on its own when you want that part of the design visible.
4. A charcoal base + one color accent
Build a tonal outfit around the Charcoal colorway with grey or black bottoms. Then choose one small accent from the artwork, such as an orange detail in your shoes, cap or bag. You do not need an exact match or a new purchase.
Try it: compare the outfit with and without the accessory. Keep the version that feels more like you.
5. Hoodie + a plain coat for cooler days
When the weather calls for another layer, try a plain coat over the hoodie with relaxed trousers. Check the coat over the complete outfit: the sleeves should move freely, and the hood should sit comfortably at the neckline.
Try it: use the coat to frame the front of the hoodie outdoors, then let the full design show when you take it off.
Choose the fit before adding more pieces
Build Your Future is listed as a classic unisex fit. For the amount of room you want, compare the size information on the product page with a hoodie you already like. Check the actual measurements rather than assuming a size label means an oversized fit.
Still Becoming is about learning as you go. Start with one combination, wear it your way, and change a detail next time.
